We are also hosting a class on Thursday October 3 at 6:30pm to help you learn the Art of Self Muscle Testing! This class will teach you how to connect with your own inner wisdom to determine what is good for you or not, what is true or false, before you ever invest your time, money, energy and effort into it. Move through life with more confidence as you gain the ability to discern all the best foods, supplements, personal care products, and more for yourself without endless research and label reading.
