2024 Disability Expo & Job Fair

We invite you to join us at this valuable event, where attendees can explore a wide range of services, network with professionals, and discover meaningful job prospects. This expo is proudly sponsored by the Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services, the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board, and the Somerset County Library Systems. Our goal is to connect people with disabilities to essential community services and exciting career opportunities.

Somerset County residents with disabilities and their family members will have an opportunity to learn about services and job opportunities available to them. This expo provides a unique “one-stop shopping” experience for all county residents who wish to meet representatives from over 30 county, state, and local agencies, as well as businesses. Attendees can obtain information about income-based services and programs, including Medicaid, property tax reimbursement, and more. The venue is valuable for anyone interested in learning about the wide range of services available to residents. Participants seeking employment should “dress to impress” and bring their resumes, while parents and job coaches are also welcome.

There will be free parking available at the Senior Wellness Center and TD Bank Ballpark. Additionally, Somerset County Transportation Division’s paratransit service will provide free shuttle transportation to the expo for those who cannot drive. Residents must register for transportation by Monday, September 16th.
