NJDOT WORK PLANNED FOR WEEK OF 9/16/2024

ON-GOING WORK

1. Pour concrete footings for bridge across from Lake Drive, (which will be the new Valley
Road intersection). The steel plates you see sticking up is a coffer dam which keeps
water away from the footings.

2. Curbing was removed from jughandles ramps next to and across from Hillsborough
Transmission (ramps F&G) because we understand they were built incorrectly by the
previous contractor so curbing will be reinstalled. Grading of the soil for those ramps are
being completed along with preparation for new curbing.

3. There is also excess soil stockpiled by Valley Road which is being removed and
transferred to a construction site on Hillsborough Road which is in need of soil.
