Do we offer notary services?

We offer free notary services. The Township has seven public notaries on staff, and appointments are not necessary, residents may visit during regular municipal office hours.

Please ensure your documents are fully completed prior to your visit, except for the signature, which must be signed in the presence of the notary. You must also bring a valid form of identification.

Please note that we are not authorized to notarize certain documents, including mortgages, deeds, real estate closing documents, and college transcripts.
