Community Calendar and Experience Hillsborough Submission Guidelines

Hillsborough Township is happy to add community events to the calendar on the Township website, or in the weekly Experience Hillsborough special events supplement. 

Please see the submission guidelines below:

• Please use this link to submit events to the calendar and/or Experience Hillsborough
• Submissions MUST include a flyer to appear in Experience Hillsborough
• Submissions without a flyer will be included on the website calendar only
• All flyers must have the name of the event, the time and date of the event, and the address of the event venue.
• All flyers must include a link to the event or contact information
• If a flyer has a QR code, please also include the link
• Please don’t submit flyers larger than 8.5 x 11
