Annual Assessment Postcards Mailed

Annual assessment postcards were mailed on February 26, 2025.  Calculations of property assessments are done each year based on market trends and reflect what you can sell your home for.  It is important to note that the assessed value can increase, decrease, or remain the same based on yearly market values.  The assessed value multiplied by the tax rate produces your taxes for the year.  Please do not use the 2024 tax rate to calculate your taxes for 2025.  A new 2025 tax rate will come out in July 2025.
